This is the best photo I took of my most recent bake. After I took this, I turned it out and it promptly crumbled in to pieces. I have this problem a lot with baking. It’s all going so well and then it falls apart at the last minute. Rob says I take it out of the tin too quickly so next time I am going to make myself wait an hour before I take it out of the tin.
Despite it’s eventual rustic appearance it still tasted great and I was able to get lopsided chunky door wedge slices out of it.
